1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

● The client cancels a service request before work has commenced.
● The service delivered is not as described or agreed upon in the service agreement or invoice.
● There is a verified case of duplicate payment or transaction error.

Refunds are not applicable once:

● The service has been partially or fully executed.
● Required documentation, consultation, or submissions have already begun on behalf of the client.

● The delay or dissatisfaction results from incomplete information or non-compliance by the client.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

● Send an email to info@savvyassistconsult.com within 5 business days of the issue arising.
● Include proof of payment, transaction details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain fees are strictly non-refundable, including:

● Government, statutory, or regulatory fees (e.g., CAC, FIRS, SON, NAFDAC, etc.).
● Consultancy retainers, processing fees, or administrative charges.

● Completed bookings, registration, or compliance services once submission has been made to a third party.

4. Service Modification or Rescheduling

In cases where a refund is not possible, clients may opt to reschedule or transfer their payment toward another service of equal value, subject to approval by Savvyassist Consult Ltd.
